This subscription provides access to non-urgent pet health advice from a registered veterinary surgeon. The service is for general guidance, education, and reassurance only. It does not replace an in-person veterinary consultation, physical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Emergency Care
This service must not be used for emergencies or urgent situations. If your pet requires immediate medical attention, contact your local veterinary practice without delay.

No Prescriptions
We cannot legally prescribe or supply prescription medications through this service.

Response Time
We aim to respond within 2 UK working days. Instant messaging or live consultations are not provided.

Subscription Terms

• Billed monthly (£6.99/month) or annually (£83.88/year).

• By subscribing, you agree to commit for the full year. No partial refunds are offered.

• Unlimited non-urgent questions may be asked, but abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content will not be answered.

Limitations of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful information, advice is limited by the absence of a physical examination. Responsibility for your pet’s health ultimately rests with your attending veterinary surgeon.
