Hi, I’m Alessandro. I’ve wanted to be a veterinarian since I was 4, and eventually my dream came true: I graduated in Veterinary Medicine in Italy in 2014, just before moving to the UK. Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked in both small clinics and large referral hospitals. For the last 5 years, I’ve also provided remote telemedicine advice to pet owners across the English-speaking world — including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Over the last decade, I noticed something concerning: many pet owners struggle to afford regular veterinary care. In the UK alone, around 2 million pets could end up being rehomed if rising costs make vet bills unaffordable.
