What We Cover
We focus on non-urgent concerns and everyday health questions to give you peace of mind:
- Minor and non-severe symptoms — mild skin irritation, occasional coughing/sneezing, slight limping without pain, mild digestive upsets, changes in appetite, or other non-urgent concerns.
- General wellness & reassurance — understanding test results, monitoring minor changes in your pet’s health, deciding when a vet visit may be needed.
- Behaviour & training — puppy training, separation anxiety, chewing, scratching, introducing a new pet, general obedience tips.
- Nutrition & diet — feeding guidance, weight management, food allergies, safe treats, supplements.
- Preventive care — dental hygiene, puppy care, senior pet care
What We Don’t Cover
Some situations require immediate or in-person veterinary care. We do not provide:
- Emergency care — if your pet is injured, collapsing, struggling to breathe, bleeding, or in severe distress, contact your local vet immediately.
